Our idea is to keep a base stock of everything that may be needed in technical emergency situations, so we can react quickly if a customer has a problem. Therefore we have a two-storey storage with wear parts and spares for microtunneling machines. For bigger requests we have placed call-off orders with our suppliers, being able to cope also with large order volumes in short delivery time.
We at Tunnel Service Group GmbH produce own components. Not only main components but also electronic, hydraulic or steel spare components. Each and every part is fully compatible with the Herrenknecht AVN system and is tested and sealed before storage or packing. Examples are the 37-pin electrical connecting boxes for the machine signals, shaft remote controls, bentonite stations or PLC grease controls for slurry pumps.
