Standard setup designed for operation of slurry machines ranging from DN250 – DN1200; upgraded power configuration available up to DN1600 slurry tunneling machine

Highly flexible modular design: Hydraulic unit for cutting wheel drive can be operated from inside the container (for short, small diameter drives) or easily taken out and used as a tunnel aggregate behind the machine (for longer, larger drives).

No additional investment necessary, full exchangeability of containers on your yard ensures maximum material availability, avoidance of downtime and optimizedspare parts stock.

Compatibility with existing microtunneling systems of other manufacturers (ask us for details).

Separation of cutting wheel hydraulics from large jacking tank system avoids contamination of the large oil volume with dirt particles from hydraulic tunnel hoses, resulting in lowered cost through longer life times of oil and hydraulic components.

Double to triple redundancy of many systems to avoid downtime by failures.

Data logging of 24-pin PLC machines and 37-pin analog machines

Air supply for bentonite system, slurry gates and other pneumatic functions

Soft start of cutting wheel drive for increased component life time and less generator load, enabling smaller diesel generator units
